📦 Home Delivery
- Delivery Partner: Convenience Bag (Taiwan main island only)
- Delivery Time: 1–2 business days after order (excluding weekends)
- Available Area: Taiwan main island
🏪 Convenience Store Pickup
- Applicable Stores: 7-ELEVEN / FamilyMart
- Delivery Time: 2–3 business days after order (excluding weekends)
- Available Area: Taiwan main island and offshore store locations
📌 Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation (excluding the order date and holidays).
📌 No shipping on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons (holidays, sales) or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), delays may occur.
🔹 Home Delivery Notes
- Delivery time depends on the courier’s schedule. If you have special requests, please leave a note or contact us directly.
- If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may reschedule delivery depending on their policy.
🔹 Convenience Store Pickup Notes
- Please pick up your order within 7 days after arrival. Unclaimed packages will be returned, and the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
- If there are repeated instances of unclaimed packages, PEBO Handmade reserves the right to refuse service.
