PEBO wasn’t just born out of a love for handmade things — it began with a personal awakening.
I’m Vivian (nicknamed Pepé), founder of PEBO.
I used to be a Mandarin teacher at an international school in Thailand, living what many considered a “stable and respectable” life.
Then the pandemic struck, the world paused, and I began to wonder: “Is this really the life I want?”
The answer was no.
So, I left my teaching job and stepped out of the system.
With my long-haired Chihuahua Bolita,
a handmade bow,
and a small but burning dream,
I began stitching my way toward a freer life — one thread at a time.
PEBO is the journey I started with Bolita — and it continues today.
Today, PEBO is more than a pet clothing brand.
It’s a heartfelt collaboration between independent makers from Taiwan and Thailand, weaving warmth into every piece we create.
We are not mass producers on an assembly line.
We are artists — sewing each item with soul and care.
