By using our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1️⃣ Orders & Payment
🔹 Payment Methods:
・Credit Cards (Visa / MasterCard / JCB)
・Mobile Payments (Apple Pay / LINE Pay)
・Convenience Store Payment (7-ELEVEN / FamilyMart)
・ATM Transfer
🔹 Order Confirmation:
・After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
・Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be changed. Please check item and size carefully before purchasing.
・PEBO Handmade reserves the right to accept or cancel orders. Any abnormal transactions will be notified and handled accordingly.
2️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
🔹 Delivery Methods:
・Home Delivery: Pouch NT$60 / HCT Logistics NT$100
・Store Pickup: 7-ELEVEN / FamilyMart NT$65
・Free shipping on orders over NT$3,000
🔹 Shipping Time:
・In-stock items: Ships within 1–3 business days after payment
・Custom-made items: Production time takes 7–14 business days
🔹 Delivery Area:
・We currently ship within Taiwan (main island)
・For outlying islands, please contact customer service for shipping fees
3️⃣ Return & Exchange Policy
🔹 Eligibility:
・Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt
・Items must be free of wear, washing, stains, or pet hair
・Customized items, discounted products, and accessories are not eligible for return
🔹 Return Process:
・Contact customer service via LINE (@pebo) or email ([email protected])
・Provide unboxing video, reason for return, and order number
・Buyer bears return shipping cost unless item is defective
・Refund will be processed within 7 business days upon confirmation
4️⃣ Product Description & Disclaimer
・All products are handmade. Size deviation of ±1–2 cm is considered normal
・Photos may vary slightly in color depending on screen settings
・PEBO Handmade is not responsible for damage caused by misuse
